Eyebrow aftercare INSTRUCTIONS

At The M Affect, we believe that beautiful eyebrows not only define your face but also boost your confidence. With our range of treatments, from microshading and combination eyebrows to eyebrow lamination and tinting, we've got you covered. But remember, the aftercare is just as essential to ensure the lasting impact of these treatments. Here's a simple guide to care for those stunning brows:

•  First 7 Days: Avoid water, lotions, soaps, and makeup on your brows. When washing your face or taking a shower, protect the brow area.
• Day 4 Onwards: With clean hands, gently apply post-care ointment using a cotton swab, once in the morning and once at night. Remember, a little goes a long way. Your brows shouldn't look shiny or greasy.
• Avoid for 14 Days: Touching (except for care), picking, sun tanning, long hot showers, saunas, excessive sweating, swimming, and engaging in sports. 

• Keep brows dry for 24 hours.
• For the next 48 hours, no saunas, sunbeds, swimming pools, or steam rooms.
• Refrain from touching or rubbing the brows for 24 hours.

• Immediate Aftercare: 2 hours post-treatment, gently clean the area with a sterilized water-dipped cotton swab. It can take 7-14 days for healing and pigment settling.
• Do not apply any water over the area for atleast a week. Ths can wash away the pigments and make your eyebrows look shabby. 
• Avoid all kinds of makeup and brow products for 7 days.
• Do not pick, scratch or itch the area. If you feel dryness, moisturize it a bit. 
• No saunas, swimming, or intense sweating until fully healed.
• Keep hair off the brow area.
• Use any provided medicated cream or balm as advised by our experts. 

• If possible, keep brows dry for 12 hours post-treatment.
• Don't touch or rub the brows for 24 hours.
• If you are an avid swimmer, beware! Chlorine can affect the tint's longevity, and ruin your eyebrows post-treatment.
